It is the intention of the INCLINICA Foundation, from this web page, to contribute to continuing education in the pathology of the respiratory apparatus, by means of the monthly reporting of clinical cases that we consider to be of interest on account of their relevance to differential diagnosis, their curiosity, singularity, etc.

Each case will be illustrated with images and will have a brief commentary in which a few questions may be raised. An answer with clarifications will also be proposed, based on clinical and morphological data, together with relevant bibliographical references.

We hope that this initiative will arouse the interest of users and may, indeed, become a forum for debate.

At the same time, we would like to acknowledge and welcome any initiative that may provide new cases and increase the number on record.
